- Please make sure to open your confirmation email or text and fill out the waiver(s) prior to arrival at the location
- Bring the Credit card and your matching ID
- All Passengers and Drivers must depart and return from the rental location

- All boats are required to stay within the bay

- Boats are not equipped with stereos

- Passengers under 13 years old must wear a lifejacket at all times
